Designed to increase the efficiency and expansion of technological capabilities of universal turning, screw-cutting, deep-drilling and deep-cutting machines in the processing of deep openings in the range of 60 to 500 mm or more.


For machining in ranges of diameters from 115 to 135 mm, from 135 to 160 mm, from 160 to 200 mm, from 200 to 260 mm, from 260 to 330 mm, from 330 to 420 mm and from 420 to 500 mm, tool kits are provided including base heads with adjustable guides,

equipped with the following types of replaceable instrument blocks:

block boring tool;

floating-point cleaning unit;

block cascade;

For diameters from 60 to 400 mm a set of special adjustable cutting tools is used,
including control ranges (in mm):
60 ... 70;
70 ... 90;
90 ... 120;
120 ... 160;
160 ... 240;
240 ... 400;

For finishing and separately-strengthening treatment sleeves, incl. Thin-wound serial production offers a combination of heads, including floating scroll and roll.


Our tool is distinguished by a rational choice of geometric parameters and material of the cutting unit, unique characteristics of swing heads and blocks, easy operation and low time adjustments and adjustments.
For the modernization of universal turning and turning equipment for the processing of deep openings, a set of tools including, but not limited to, instrumentation heads, oil stops, bartenders, lanterns, racks, etc., is provided.
