According to the customer’s technical specifications, we develop and manufacture vending machines and payment terminals for both indoor and outdoor use.


An example of a developed and produced terminal:

The machine is manufactured in climatic version UHL category 4.2 according to GOST 15150.

In terms of the method of protection against electric shock, the machine complies with class I GOST 12.2.007.0.

The design of the machine provides protection against penetration of solid objects and water according to the IP30 GOST 14254 code in places exposed to electric current. In other cases, the degree of protection is IP20.


Due to the constant work to improve the machine, changes may be made to its design and software that do not affect the operation of the machine.

The weight of the machine does not exceed:

The machine is powered from an AC mains voltage of 220 V with a frequency of 50 Hz.
Power consumption does not exceed 200 W.
The machine provides stable input of information from the touch screen.
The machine ensures the acceptance and recognition of banknotes in circulation in the countries where it is planned to operate.
The machine ensures the functioning of the receipt printer.
The machine provides information transmission via modem.
The machine is equipped with an uninterruptible power supply system.
The machine detects blows to the body, tilt of the body, opening of the upper or lower doors.
The machine ensures operation when the supply voltage changes from 198 V to 242 V.
The machine allows continuous operation for 24 hours while maintaining technical characteristics, followed by a break of 1 hour.


The time the machine is ready for operation is no more than 3 minutes.
Assembly and electrical installation, anti-corrosion and decorative coatings of the machine are made in accordance with approved drawings and diagrams, the coatings of the machine meet the requirements of GOST 9.301, GOST 9.032.

The paint and varnish coating of the machine is resistant to periodic exposure to household detergents.

The machine has a resistance value not exceeding 0.1 Ohm between the grounding wire and each accessible metal non-current-carrying part of the machine, which may be energized.

The insulation of electrical power circuits can withstand a test voltage of almost sinusoidal shape and a frequency of 50 Hz for 1 minute:

- I500 B at nominal temperature and humidity according to GOST I5I50;

- 900 V when the machine is exposed to relative humidity (93±3)% at a temperature of (25±3)°C.

Electrical insulation resistance of the machine's power circuit relative to the body is not less than:

- 20 MOhm at normal temperature and humidity according to GOST 15150;

- 5 MOhm at a temperature of 40°C and a relative humidity of no more than 80%,
- 0.5 MOhm when the machine is exposed to relative humidity (93±3)% at a temperature of (25±3)°C.


The machine does not create radio interference exceeding those established by GOST R 51317.3.2, GOST R 51317.3.3 and GOST R 51318.22 under any permissible operating conditions.


During operation, the machine must be resistant to climatic influences in accordance with GOST 15150 for UHL category 4.2.

The machine in a transport container complies with storage group 3 of GOST 15150, but at the same time can withstand exposure to ambient temperatures from minus 10 to 500C and relative humidity up to 98% at a temperature of 350C.


During transportation and operation, the machine is resistant to perceived mechanical influences for residential conditions in accordance with GOST 23216.


Machine reliability

The average time between failures of the machine is at least 2000 hours.
The average service life of the machine before write-off (resource) is at least 5 years.
During its service life, the machine is repairable.
The average recovery time for a machine is 2 hours.
