A shaving cutter for finishing operations on milling, horizontal milling machines and horizontal boring machines when machining parts planes. Provides the accuracy of the shape of surfaces in the range 0,01-0,02 microns and Ra = 0,16-0,32 microns. The productivity is 5 times higher than the standard end mills.
